Michelle started her career in Bellevue in 1999 after graduating from Gene Juarez beauty school. She worked as a stylist for two years before moving to Michigan and then New Orleans. After hurricane Katrina hit she headed back to Seattle, at which time she came to Salon Matarazzo. With over a decade of experience at multiple salons, Michelle has had an opportunity to train with different people, learning various techniques and approaches to cutting and coloring, making her a complete stylist. Her love for continuing education takes her to New York and Los Angeles for classes with Bumble and Bumble and Wella.

Michelle is very artistic and loves to paint and draw as well as do arts and crafts. She is currently working on her interior design degree as well. Michelle is an avid horseback rider and lives on a 10-acre farm with her husband and their 2 dogs and 2 horses.
